This policy explains what data Be Cool Advertising's internal software accesses, how that data is stored, and who it is shared with. It covers the internal tooling used to run this business, including the application that connects to Google Workspace services and to YouTube API Services.

Who this applies to

The internal tools described here are private, single-operator applications. They are used by Be Cool Advertising on its own business accounts. They are not distributed, are not offered to the public, and have no other users. If you are not the operator of this business, this application processes no data about you.

Google account data accessed

With the account owner's explicit consent, given through Google's standard OAuth consent screen, the internal tooling requests the following scopes:

  • gmail.modify — to read, search, draft, label, and send mail in Be Cool Advertising's own business mailboxes, so that outreach and replies can be composed and tracked.
  • calendar — to read and create events on Be Cool Advertising's own calendars, for scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
  • userinfo.email — to confirm which mailbox was authorized, so that mail is never sent from the wrong account.

No other scopes are requested. Access is limited to the accounts whose owner completed the consent screen.

How the data is stored

Authorization credentials are stored in the macOS login Keychain on the operator's own computer. They are not transmitted to any server operated by this business, and there is no hosted backend that receives this data. Message and calendar content is read on demand from Google's API when a task requires it, and is not copied into any external database.

Sharing

Google account data, including YouTube data, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train machine learning models. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to operate the features described above, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

The internal tooling uses YouTube API Services to manage the BULLRUNNERS YouTube channel, which the operator manages. By using this tooling you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data accessed through YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

With the channel manager's consent, given through Google's OAuth consent screen, the tooling accesses only that one channel. It reads and updates the channel's own video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and playlists) and reads the public comments on the channel's own videos, in order to publish, verify and moderate that content: posting the channel's own comment, replying to viewers, and removing spam and impersonation scams. It does not access other channels, does not collect data about viewers beyond the comment text needed to moderate it, and does not sell or share any YouTube data.

Comment text is processed when a moderation task runs and is not kept in any database. Working notes that quote a comment are deleted within 30 days. Video metadata for the channel's own videos is kept only as long as it is needed to verify that a change was saved. To revoke the tooling's access to a YouTube account at any time, use Google security settings. To ask for any stored YouTube data to be deleted, write to the contact address below; it will be deleted within 7 days.

Retention and revocation

Credentials remain valid until they are revoked or they expire. The account owner can revoke access at any time from Google Account permissions, which immediately ends the application's access. Locally stored credentials are deleted when access is revoked from within the tooling itself.

Lead data

Separately from the Google integration, this advertising business collects contact information from people who submit inquiry forms in its campaigns. That information is used to qualify the inquiry and to connect the person with a real estate professional who can help them — the purpose for which it is submitted. It is not sold for unrelated purposes. Anyone who wants their information removed can write to the address below, and it will be deleted.

Website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. Nothing about your visit is collected here beyond the standard request logs kept by the hosting provider.
